"Frustrating ordering experience"
I tried placing an order on the website, but the whole process was confusing. The checkout page kept glitching or acting oddly, and after a while, I just gave up. It was more hassle than I expected.

"Paint was alright"
It looked good when I first got it, but after a few surfs the paint started scuffing up a bit. not the worst thing ever, just kinda thought it would hold up longer

"Colour matched my board perfectly"
A friend recommended giving this a try, and I’m glad I did. The colour match to my board was pretty much spot on.

"I expected a much smoother experience with surfpaints.com.au..."
I expected a much smoother experience with surfpaints.com.au, but the customer service was disappointing. It took way too long to get a response, and when I finally did, it didn’t really feel like they were that interested in helping. I ended up having to follow up myself just to get things moving, which was frustrating. For what I expected, it really didn’t match up, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

"Good paint, but better instructions would help"
The paint turned out better than I expected. It went on really smoothly, and the color looked right once it dried. Shipping took a little longer than I’d hoped, but the product itself is solid. I just wish the instructions were a bit clearer, especially for first-time use. Overall, I’m happy with it and would buy it again.

"An Absolute Battle to Put On"
I swear, trying to apply this paint felt like I was fighting for my life. It dragged across the surface so weirdly and just refused to spread evenly. What should’ve been a quick job took forever, and by the end I was way more frustrated than I expected to be

"Good finish, but I expected a bit less hassle"
I used Surfpaints to repaint a few panels, and to be fair, the final finish looks really nice. The colour went on well, dried evenly, and didn’t end up looking patchy. That said, I had to do a lot more sanding and cleaning than I thought to get it looking right, so it wasn’t exactly the easy job I expected. An apology or at least a clearer heads-up about the prep needed would’ve been appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with how it looks now, and it seems to be holding up fine so far

"Just tell me what’s actually going on with delivery"
I just wish there were real delivery details, you know? Like… not just a vague update, but what actually happened and when I should expect it. It’s kind of frustrating waiting around without a clear answer.

The box showed up crushed, lol. Luckily it still arrived, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better...
